This recipe is hand-written on a piece of old yellowed paper. It probably came from Grandma Shirley, or her mother “Ma Virg”.
3 to 4 lbs. salmon fillets
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup rose’ or dry white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
Parsley and lemon wedges
Put salmon on heavy duty foil; baste with remaining ingredients. Place foil on prepared grill.
Cover grill and cook slowly for about 30 minutes.
